The position requires a PharmD (or equivalent), active WA Pharmacist License, and 5+ years in acute care (or 3+ years with PGY1). Leadership and budget management experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent.
• Active Washington State Pharmacist License at hire; NPI number within 6 months.
• 5+ years of pharmacist experience in an acute care setting (or 3+ years plus a PGY1 residency).
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• 2+ years of operational or project budget management.
