Job summary
AVASearchGroup seeks an Inpatient Pharmacy Manager to lead Seattle-area hospital operations during a major expansion. Oversee inpatient pharmacy, quality, and clinical initiatives while building a high-performing team and shaping pharmaceutical care in a complex acute-care setting.

Qualifications
- PharmD or equivalent required; Washington license at hire and NPI.
- 5+ years acute-care inpatient pharmacist experience including inpatient operations (ICU/ER background).
- 3+ years leading direct reports with hiring/termination responsibility.
- 2+ years managing operational budgets.
- Experience developing clinical workflows with multidisciplinary hospital teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and standardize clinical workflows
- Manage and mentor pharmacists, interns, and pharmacy technicians
- Oversee operational budgets and medication supply trends
- Partner with hospital, physician, and pharmacy leadership to improve patient care
