You’ll act as the central point for planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, PMO, program support, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability.
• Experience creating project plans, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success measures.
• Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and resources across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor progress and proactively address obstacles that could impact delivery.
• Partner with business leaders to drive project execution and accountability.
• Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, and executive updates.
• Build strong partnerships across departments and levels of the organization.
• Communicate project status, key decisions, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Influence outcomes and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Maintain project dashboards, reports, action logs, and project documentation.
• Track project performance and support data-driven decision-making.
• Help improve project management tools, standards, and best practices.
• Support portfolio tracking, governance activities, and change management efforts.
