Wayne-Sanderson Farms is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional programs and drive initiatives that affect the broader business. You’ll act as the central point for planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

The role emphasizes structured project delivery, stakeholder communication, and data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, PMO, program support, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability.
• Experience creating project plans, reports, dashboards, and documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

• Maintain project dashboards, reports, action logs, and project documentation.
• Track project performance and support data-driven decision-making.
• Help improve project management tools, standards, and best practices.
• Support portfolio tracking, governance activities, and change management efforts.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll serve as the central point of coordination for cross-functional projects and business initiatives, ensuring teams stay aligned and focused on successful outcomes.

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead and coordinate projects from planning through completion
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and success measures

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, PMO, program support, or a related field
• Experience supporting or leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive accountability
• Experience creating project plans, reports, dashboards, and documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a PMO, Transformation Office, Strategic Finance, or similar environment
• Experience using Smartsheet for project planning, reporting, and dashboards
• Knowledge of change management, portfolio management, or continuous improvement methodologies
• PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
