Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a strategic initiatives professional to design and drive multi-year programs within the TPSS portfolio. You will lead ideation through benefits realization, applying the bank's standards for project delivery while reporting progress and risks to senior leadership.

You will collaborate across operations and business partners, build trusted relationships, and influence without authority. A bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience are required; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six or more years of related experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and deliver initiatives supporting TPSS priorities.
• Lead initiatives through ideation, scoping, funding, execution, and benefits.
• Create reporting to fulfill stakeholder needs and manage risks.
• Provide governance across initiatives and report progress in Jira.
• Develop relationships with senior leaders and partners.
