U.S. Bank in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced Senior Strategic Initiatives Program Manager to design, execute and deliver multi-year initiatives within the TPSS portfolio.

You will lead ideation, scoping, funding, execution and benefit delivery, while maintaining governance and governance reporting in Jira. You will build trusted relationships with senior leaders and business partners, influence without authority, and contribute to the SI team's strategy and analytics in a fast-paced banking

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Six or more years of related experience required.
• Experience with managing strategic and operational transformations.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from ideation through delivery.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Aufgaben

• Design, execute, and deliver on one or more initiatives in support of TPSS’ strategic priorities.
• Lead each initiative through ideation, scoping, funding (CapEx and OpEx), execution, and benefit delivery.
• Utilize and propagate the bank’s standards for developing deliverables, managing projects, reporting progress and managing risks and issues.
• Create relevant reporting to fulfill stakeholder needs.
• Provide governance across the initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the program’s performance and progress in Jira.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and key business partners.
• Contribute your experience, learnings, and thought leadership to the broader SI team on the industry, best practices, analytics, etc.
• Support shaping the strategy and execution of the SI team itself.
