Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Program Manager to design and deliver transformational initiatives within the TPSS portfolio. You will lead multi-year programs, coordinate funding, risk management, and benefits delivery, and report progress to senior leaders.

Based in Minnesota, you will collaborate across Operations, develop governance structures, and influence stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes. This role requires strong ownership, executive presence, and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six or more years of related experience.
• Experience with managing strategic and operational transformations.
• Ability to operate in a demanding high-expectations and standards environment.
• Problem solver with an ownership mindset.
• Executive presence and ability to influence without authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Jira and MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Experience in banking/operations or contracting/consulting firms.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and deliver on initiatives in TPSS’ strategic priorities.
• Lead initiatives through ideation, scoping, funding, execution, and benefits.
• Governance across initiatives and reporting progress.
• Monitor program performance in Jira and develop leadership reports.
• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and partners.
• Contribute knowledge to the SI team and shape strategy.
• Support execution of the SI team’s strategy and processes.
