Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a strategic initiatives leader to design, execute, and deliver multi-year programs within the TPSS scope. You will guide initiatives from ideation to funding, governance, and benefits, partnering with senior leaders to drive impact.

The role requires a strong background in transformations, executive presence, and exceptional communication, with travel up to 25% and a three-day-per-week on-site requirement at U.S. Bank locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Six or more years of related experience
• Experience with managing strategic and operational transformations
• Executive presence
• Ability to influence without authority
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Jira and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and deliver on initiatives in TPSS strategic priorities
• Lead initiatives through ideation, scoping, funding, execution, and benefit delivery
• Create reporting to fulfill stakeholder needs and provide governance
• Monitor program performance and progress in Jira
• Develop relationships with senior leaders and business partners
• Travel up to 25% as needed
