Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Program Manager for Strategic Initiatives & M&A/Division Transformation in Irving, TX. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, technology, and operations, driving cross-functional initiatives and complex integration efforts with senior leadership oversight.

The candidate will manage multiple workstreams, establish governance, monitor milestones, and coordinate readiness across Day 1/Day 100 activities, ensuring timely delivery and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field; MBA a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive program or project management experience.
• Experience with division/enterprise transformation and M&A integration or divestiture.
• Strong governance, RACI, and stage-gate change control experience.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Program-manage ongoing enterprise initiatives and link related workstreams.
• Build and maintain governance structures and enterprise PMO design.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes; escalate blockers.
• Partner with Business Analysts to move initiatives between M&A/Division cycles.
• Support or lead Integration/Separation Management Office for deals.
• Coordinate Day 1/Day 100 readiness planning and go/no-go gates.
