Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Economics or related fields. MBA preferred.
• 4-7 years of corporate leadership experience including 2-3 years of management consulting or corporate strategy experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary initiatives in corporate environments, setting vision and strategy, building project plans, while identifying and overcoming roadblocks.
• Data-driven decision making through executive communications (written, verbal, presentations).
• Empathy to the needs and contexts of different teams while driving results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and support the implementation of strategic initiatives that shape the direction of Lennar’s business.
• Deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks for analyses.
• Manage projects through to completion, analyze implications of strategies, and drive change.
• Demonstrate leadership with credibility among senior leadership and challenge the status quo.
• Build executive-ready project deliverables and synthesize insights from data to drive decisions.
• Lead teams through high-impact projects at a national scale.
