Job summary

Lennar is seeking a seasoned Lead Product Manager of HR Technology & Associate Experience to shape the strategy and execution of associate journeys and internal platform surfaces across Lennar's core digital experiences. This high-impact role centers on HR Operations, engineering collaboration, and delivering data-backed updates to senior leadership.

You will mentor PMs, drive best practices, and own metrics that demonstrate impact while maintaining a culture of ownership and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience, including senior/lead-level responsibilities.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across HR and IT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for the enterprise Associate experience focusing on HR Operations.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering and design to ship features on the ServiceNow platform.
• Drive adoption of product standards, playbooks, and quality benchmarks across teams.
• Mentor PMs and share frameworks to elevate product thinking.
• Translate complex inputs into clear narratives for decision-making.
• Set and track success metrics; communicate progress to senior leaders.
• Balance delivery with strategic thinking and stakeholder alignment.
