Job summary

Inspire is seeking an Operations Strategy & Performance Management leader to translate Arby’s Operations Strategy into a focused portfolio of initiatives with clear accountabilities and milestones.

You will own the performance fact base, develop KPIs, scorecards, and actionable insights, and partner with Finance and Analytics to drive decision-support tools and evidence-based actions across Franchise Operations and Restaurant Experience.

Qualifications

• Translate strategy and performance data into clear priorities and actions.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including unit economics.
• Experience with KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and business cases.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own governance for the Operations portfolio, including milestones and risks.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, scorecards, and performance insights.
• Partner with Finance and Analytics to build decision-support tools.
• Lead change management and cross-functional execution across franchise ops.
