Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Supports core and in-market performance management and tracks KPIs.
• Maintains performance views and develops recommended action plans.
• Prepares weekly marketing performance updates and quarterly assessments.
• Leads data analysis, calendar optimization, and cross-functional alignment.
• Manages meeting agendas, deliverables, and follow-ups with franchisees and leadership.
