Job summary

Element Mobility seeks a Director, Strategic Initiatives to turn priority cross-functional opportunities into concrete plans, decisions, and measurable outcomes. You will report to the SVP and lead initiatives that span mobility growth areas, aligning stakeholders and driving execution from concept through implementation.

This individual contributor role combines analytical judgment with executive communication, delivering faster execution, improved operating cadence, and tangible progress

Qualifications

• Strategy and operating experience inStrategy & Operations, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or similar execution-focused roles.
• Experience owning complex cross-functional initiatives from definition to execution.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership, bias for action, and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into execution-ready plans with milestones and owners.
• Lead ambiguous special projects from concept to business case, operating model, alignment, and launch.
• Identify execution risks and blockers early; marshal stakeholders to maintain momentum.
• Build and run a management cadence including monthly reviews, OKR planning, and leadership follow-through.
• Create reporting and dashboards showing financial performance, progress, risks, and impact.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Risk to connect strategy to initiatives and resource decisions.
• Develop executive-level analyses and decision materials on products, partnerships, and opportunities.
• Strengthen cross-functional alignment by concise recommendations and accountable commitments.
