Exclusive Resorts, LLC seeks a Director of Strategic Operations to bridge strategic priorities and cross-functional execution, translating leadership intent into actionable plans and driving initiatives from concept to launch.

The role operates without a fixed playbook, leveraging influence, credibility, and rigor to align internal teams, negotiate partnerships, and manage governance across fast-moving, high-visibility programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years supporting senior executives in a Director of Strategic Operations, Chief of Staff, or similar leadership capacity.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving internal and external groups, and Executive stakeholders
• Executive presence and confidence: proven ability to constructively challenge senior leaders, hold stakeholders accountable, and voice an independent point of view
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and documentation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience building and maintaining trackers, decision logs, and executive-ready presentations
• Fluency with AI tools for research, analysis, and content development — this role requires significant, active use of AI as part of daily workflow

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program leadership across initiatives from conception to execution
• Develop and maintain central project plans, timelines, and decision logs
• Prepare leadership meeting agendas and executive-ready presentations
• Support partnerships, negotiations, and post-launch relationship management
• Own end-to-end strategic partnerships, from negotiation to go-to-market and post-launch management
• Provide independent judgment and constructive accountability to executives
• Document decisions and governance with clear audit trails
