Job summary

Zappi is seeking a senior program management professional to partner with the Chief of Staff and Head of Strategic Initiatives. The role focuses on executing strategic initiatives, landing AI-enabled processes, and coordinating cross-functional programs with senior leadership across Product, GTM, and Operations.

You will run leadership forums, manage programs with shared accountability, and drive adoption of new processes to become day-to-day business practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management or cross-functional leadership.
• Proven track record driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Credibility with senior leaders and ability to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Run and oversee cross-functional programs with senior leadership.
• Lead recurring leadership forums and ensure accountability and progress.
• Embed new processes and operating rhythms across product, GTM, and operations.
• Build plans, timelines and reporting for executives and teams.
