Job summary

Zappi in Boston, MA seeks a Director of Strategic Initiatives to lead cross-functional programs spanning Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. You will guide AI-enabled initiatives and ensure they become durable parts of the business, working directly with senior leadership and the Chief of Staff.

The role requires 10+ years in program management with a strong track record delivering complex cross-functional work and credibility with executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program management or similar cross-functional roles.
• Proven track record driving cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Ability to embed new processes so they become business as usual.

Responsibilities

• Run and refine recurring forums where Product and GTM leaders review progress, decisions and follow-through.
• Own agendas, preparation and actions to ensure sessions have clear purpose and accountability.
• Spot risks and blockers early and propose a path forward.
• Build plans, timelines and reporting giving senior leaders a clear view of progress.
• Communicate with senior leadership and teams, tailoring the message to each audience.
