Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a strategic planning leader to drive key initiatives across the organization. The role may involve project leadership, data analytics, team development, and effective communication to execute enterprise strategy.

The incumbent will work on multiple projects, shape plans for the enterprise and key business units, and play a central role in translating analysis into actionable improvement across healthcare services.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Strategic Planning or related work experience in Business or Healthcare or equivalent combination of experience and education
• 2 years of consulting experience (external or internal) or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Experience in payer, hospital system, or care delivery industry preferred
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven approach

Responsibilities

• Lead or support strategic initiatives across Enterprise and portfolio of projects
• Participate in development of strategic plans for the Enterprise and key business units
• Support team in identifying, clarifying, and resolving complex issues critical to initiative success
• Support the identification of initiative impacts to ensure alignment of overall strategy
• Help develop standard analytics and processes to use in leading various strategic initiatives
• Play a role in shaping the culture and skill set of the organization
• Other duties as assigned or requested
