Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by the company.
• Master's degree MBA, MHA, MS or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: partner with the executive to develop and execute plans and initiatives.
• Operational Excellence & Efficiency: optimize processes and resource use.
• Communication & Stakeholder Management: serve as liaison between executive and stakeholders.
• Meeting & Event Management: organize leadership meetings and executive events.
• Advisory & Support: provide input on new ideas and initiatives.
