Flex seeks a Director of Corporate Strategy- Strategic Initiatives to drive strategic growth and lead transformative initiatives across the enterprise from our Austin, TX headquarters. Qualifications

10+ years of professional experience in corporate strategy or related field.
BS/BA in engineering/technology or business; MBA preferred.
Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement enterprise strategies and oversee key initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Technology, Corporate Development and Sustainability.
Serve as trusted advisor to the C-Suite with findings and recommendations for Board discussions.
Mentor and lead a team of managers and analysts driving growth.
Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and routes to entry.
