Job summary

Flex is seeking a Strategy Analyst to join its Corporate Strategy team in Austin. You will research markets and competitors, build financial models, and develop analyses that inform leadership decisions.

You will produce briefs, charts, and slide decks for senior executives, collaborate with internal and external partners, and leverage AI-enabled tools to surface meaningful insights on market dynamics and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, market research, or competitor research.
• Advanced functional, technical and people/process management skills and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Advanced aptitude in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor competitor news, earnings calls, investor days, and industry developments.
• Build financial models and conduct business, market, and competitor analyses.
• Create externally facing macro, market, and competitor analyses.
• Develop and deliver impactful presentation materials for leadership.
• Turn analysis into briefs, charts, and slides highlighting key insights.
