Job summary

MCoBeauty, reporting to the Marketing Director, seeks an Influencer & PR Partnerships Manager to lead day-to-day execution and strategy across earned media and creator partnerships for MCoBeauty and Nude by Nature.

You will own end-to-end activities—from press pitches and product seeding to contract negotiations and FTC compliance—driving EMV, content quality, and retail growth across a fast-moving, multi-brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in PR, Influencer Marketing or Partnerships within beauty, consumer goods, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience contracting creator content usage rights for paid media/digital ads.
• Strong industry relationships with beauty/lifestyle editors and creators.
• Excellent organizational skills with multi-brand campaign management.
• Fluent in using PR/creator platforms for analytics and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution and campaign strategy for earned media and creator partnerships across two premium brands.
• Oversee press pitches, sample requests, and editorial coverage with PR agencies.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from concept to post-campaign recap, including licensing for paid media.
• Negotiate contracts, rights clearances, and FTC compliance for brand partnerships.
• Identify and secure co-branded collaborations and strategic industry partnerships.
