Job summary

Beauty Industry Group is seeking a Pro Influencer Manager in Los Angeles to own paid influencer partnerships end to end and build the operating model, processes, and reporting framework for a four-tier program.

You will source and negotiate deals, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables are met while aligning with education, sales, and e-commerce goals. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution for high-impact partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management with direct ownership of a paid influencer budget.
• Experience at a modern beauty brand with professional/salon-channel audiences.
• Proven fluency with the professional beauty community and education programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full paid influencer strategy and annual roadmap across all four tiers.
• Manage pro influencer budget allocation, forecasting, reconciliation, and optimization.
