Job summary

Remedy Science is seeking a strategic Influencer & PR Marketing Manager to own the creator community and earned media engine behind Remedy’s growth. You’ll build systems for sourcing, posting, and retention, and manage relationships with creators, media, and agencies that amplify our derm-led narrative.

You’ll lead ShopMy, influencer campaigns from brief to recap, PR launches, and EMV reporting. The ideal candidate has 4–5+ years in beauty PR/influencer marketing, excels at project management,

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of PR and influencer marketing experience in beauty, preferably in-house.
• Proven success leading both small- and large-scale influencer campaigns and events.
• Pre-existing relationships with creators, talent agents, agencies, and vendors.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Own creator discovery and retention strategies with quarterly goals.
• Manage ShopMy program end to end including gifting, opt-ins, and commissions.
• Plan and host influencer events and IRL moments with clear ROI.
• Lead integrated PR campaigns and partnerships for launches.
• Build weekly/monthly dashboards and derive actionable insights.
