Qualifications

• 7+ years in PR and/or influencer marketing, with prestige beauty or related consumer brands preferred.
• Experience managing PR/influencer agencies, including budgets and performance.
• Strong view on evolving creator/media landscape with hands-on program building.

Responsibilities

• Own PR and influencer strategy and roadmap for two prestige brands.
• Lead relationships with PR/influencer agencies, briefs, budgets, and performance.
• Direct influencer strategy across paid, gifting, and organic advocacy.
• Own event strategy and execution for launches and influencer events.
• Build and execute press strategy for product launches and executive visibility.
• Collaborate with Social Content, Paid Media, and Insights to integrate PR.
• Manage measurement and reporting (EMV, reach, sentiment, engagement).
• Evolve earned media strategy with AI-powered search tools as part of AEO/GEO.
