Job summary

Omega Morgan, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales professional to develop relationships with industrial customers in Central Texas. You will identify opportunities, qualify leads, and work with operations to translate opportunities into successful projects.

This consultative sales role emphasizes long-term relationships, CRM discipline, and collaboration with project teams to ensure commitments can be delivered in the field. Local and regional travel required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience and understanding of the heavy rigging and transportation sector.
• Industrial sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining B2B customer relationships.
• CRM experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations and project teams.
• Ability to manage prospecting, customer development, follow-up, and reporting consistently.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting for new industrial customers throughout Central Texas.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Qualifying leads and developing a recurring base of business.
• Using relationships, networking, and market knowledge to create opportunities.
• Understanding customer requirements and helping determine the right Omega Morgan solution.
• Coordinating job walks and supporting bids and estimates.
• Working closely with operations so commitments made during the sales process can be successfully executed.
• Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity information in the company CRM.
• Following opportunities from first conversation through handoff and execution.
• Representing Omega Morgan professionally in the market.
