Before anything gets lifted, moved, installed, transported, or delivered, somebody has to understand the problem and earn the opportunity. Omega Morgan is building a new operation in Central Texas, and we’re looking for an Outside Sales professional who can develop relationships, understand industrial customers, uncover opportunities, and work with operations to turn those opportunities into successful projects. This is consultative industrial sales—not order taking.

Omega Morgan helps industry move. Since 1991, we’ve grown into a 1,000+ employee industrial-services company with locations across the U.S. and Canada. Our teams combine engineering, project management, specialized transportation, heavy lift, rigging, machinery moving, logistics, crane, millwright, and related technical services to solve complex industrial problems.

The work is complex because customers often come to Omega Morgan with problems that don’t have an obvious answer. Sales is where many of those solutions begin.

What You’ll Own

• Prospecting for new industrial customers throughout Central Texas.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Qualifying leads and developing a recurring base of business.
• Using relationships, networking, and market knowledge to create opportunities.
• Understanding customer requirements and helping determine the right Omega Morgan solution.
• Coordinating job walks and supporting bids and estimates.
• Working closely with operations so commitments made during the sales process can be successfully executed.
• Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity information in the company CRM.
• Following opportunities from first conversation through handoff and execution.
• Representing Omega Morgan professionally in the market.

Here’s What’s Required

• At least 3 years of experience and understanding of the heavy rigging and transportation sector.
• Industrial sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining B2B customer relationships.
• CRM experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations and project teams.
• Ability to manage prospecting, customer development, follow-up, and reporting consistently.
