Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 5+ years of professional work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant industry, preferably industrial gases.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and sign new business opportunities in collaboration with regional sales.
• Drive growth of industrial gases and equipment through value-based technical and consultative sales.
• Acquire new customers and expand business with existing customers through prospecting, lead generation, market strategy, and proposal development.
• Analyze markets, regional economic activities, competition, industry needs, and product applications to initiate growth campaigns.
• Monitor competitor activity and develop response strategies based on customer insights and technology advantages.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, industry consultants, and vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, R&D, applications, equipment, customer service) to leverage resources and achieve targets.
• Participate in developing sales strategies with business development and key account teams.
• Position offers a base salary plus a quarterly new business incentive plan tied to growth objectives.
