Divert Inc. is seeking a strategic Business Development professional to drive growth across regional industrial markets. The role will own market discovery, qualification, closing, enablement, and growth, collaborating with Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, Product and Operations.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years in BD within energy, recycling, food & beverage or transportation, plus a bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license. Travel will be 25–50% annually.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, customer acquisition, and project execution.
• 2–4 years of experience in energy, recycling, food & beverage, or transportation industries.
• Valid driver's license required for travel.

Aufgaben

• Market Discovery and expertise across the region to match facility capabilities with market needs.
• Maintain and execute a pipeline to identify, qualify and win new business.
• Advocating for the Voice of the Customer within the team and ensure end-to-end experience through BD and onboarding.
