Job summary

Divert Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Industrials vertical focused on the Mid Atlantic region. The role drives market discovery, opportunity qualification, and strategic growth across a growing infrastructure platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Experience in business development, customer acquisition, and project execution is essential.
• Experience in energy, recycling, food & beverage, or transportation industries is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel are required.
• Strong communication, data analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive market discovery and identify opportunities across the Mid Atlantic region.
• Build and manage a pipeline to win new business through stakeholder engagement and needs analysis.
• Advocate for VOC within the team and ensure smooth onboarding to customer success.
