Bay Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead market growth across Corpus Christi and South Texas.

The role requires building strong relationships with owners, operators, EPCs, and major contractors, and positioning Bay Ltd to win profitable work across construction and industrial services. You will identify opportunities, shape capture strategies, and maintain a robust 12–24 month pipeline while aligning with Operations, Estimating, and executive leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of business development, sales, estimating, project management or operations experience within industrial construction or energy.
• Strong knowledge of the Corpus Christi/South Texas industrial market.
• Understanding of industrial construction, fabrication, maintenance, and turnaround activities.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand project economics.

• Develop and execute a BD strategy for Corpus Christi and South Texas.
• Build senior-level relationships with owners, operators, EPCs, and major contractors.
• Identify opportunities and maintain a forward-looking 12–24 month pipeline.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Operations, and Executive Management on go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and capability discussions.
• Develop account plans for key regional clients and contractors.
