• 10+ years’ project management experience in Heavy Industrial Construction.
• 10+ years’ senior management experience.
• Proven success as COO, VP of Operations, or similar executive leader in industrial construction.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents such as scopes of work and project schedules.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and performance while monitoring KPIs related to project execution, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for capital improvements, revenue growth, margin enhancement, and cost reduction.
• Attract, retain, and develop a high‑performing leadership team, while holding direct reports accountable.
• Execute the Company’s business plan and achieve or exceed established P&L objectives.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while guiding on budgets, projects, and systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and policies while promoting Bay’s safety culture.
• Establish and communicate the strategic direction of operations across all departments.
• Identify and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve operations and use of resources.
