This role emphasizes strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong focus on net-new business, with travel across the I-10 corridor to engage customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or Economics.
• 5+ years of complex, solution selling sales experience in Schneider Electric targeted industries with a net new focus.
• Sales experience with Drives, DCS, PLC, Safety Systems, SCADA and Cybersecurity.
• Ability to translate Schneider Electric offerings to industry and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and meet annual orders for Schneider Electric Process Automation.
• Grow Process Automation portfolio with new customers and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Lead designated account plans and optimize sales cycles with value-based selling.
• Communicate customer drivers, needs, and sales strategy to internal teams.
• Manage full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
