Job summary

Marvin is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead enterprise-wide sourcing strategies that support manufacturing operations. You will oversee indirect procurement, develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and drive cost, quality, and supply continuity across Marvin locations.

You will provide leadership to a team of indirect purchasing professionals and partner with operations to align local purchasing with enterprise sourcing goals. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing-related functions.
• Experience leading cross‑functional planning routines, S&OE/S&OP discussions, or similar operational cadence processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing flow, labor planning, dispatching, customer demand, and production schedule execution.
• Strong organizational, project management, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key indirect supply chain commodities.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead negotiations for pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
• Maintain and optimize the approved supplier panel while ensuring contract compliance.
• Partner with operations teams to support supply continuity and align local purchasing groups around common sourcing strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of indirect purchasing agents and principals, including goal setting, performance management, workload prioritization, and team alignment.
