Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Purchasing Manager to lead indirect procurement across the enterprise. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts to ensure cost, quality, and supply continuity across multiple locations.

You will lead a team of indirect purchasing professionals, travel up to 30% of the time, and partner with operations to align sourcing strategies with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7–10 years of purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional planning routines and S&OE/S&OP.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing flow and production scheduling.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect supply chain commodities.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead negotiations for pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
• Maintain and optimize the approved supplier panel and ensure contract compliance.
