Job summary

Marvin is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead enterprise-wide sourcing strategies that support manufacturing operations. You will oversee indirect procurement, develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and drive cost, quality, and supply continuity across Marvin locations.

You will provide leadership to a team of indirect purchasing professionals and partner with operations to align local purchasing with enterprise sourcing goals. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing-related functions.
• Experience leading cross‑functional planning routines, S&OE/S&OP discussions, or similar operational cadence processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing flow, labor planning, dispatching, customer demand, and production schedule execution.
• Strong organizational, project management, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement skills.

Indirect Procurement Manager

Ready to lead enterprise-wide sourcing strategies that support manufacturing operations? Marvin is hiring a Purchasing Manager to oversee indirect procurement and sourcing activities across the enterprise.

You'll develop and execute sourcing strategies, manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiate contracts and pricing, and help ensure cost, quality, and supply continuity across Marvin manufacturing locations. You'll also provide leadership to a team of indirect purchasing professionals while driving alignment with enterprise objectives.

You'll excel if you bring a strong blend of strategic sourcing expertise, supplier relationship management, and people leadership experience. Success in this role comes from balancing long-term planning with operational execution, fostering cross‑functional partnerships, and advancing continuous improvement across procurement processes. This position requires the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing-related functions.
• Experience working with scheduling systems, dashboards, production data, capacity planning tools, and KPI reporting.
