Job summary

Marvin seeks a seasoned sourcing leader to partner with cross-functional teams, drive supplier performance, and deliver total value across capital, direct, and indirect spend. You will lead contract terms and execute strategic procurement initiatives to balance cost, quality, delivery and risk.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in supply chain, procurement, or related leadership roles, with strong negotiation and analytics skills to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, leadership, project management, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills including contract-related experience.
• Ability to analyze inventory usage and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions.
• Strong contract negotiation skills including structuring, negotiating, and finalizing enterprise-level commodity agreements while managing risk and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic supplier partnerships, including performance, development, and ongoing relationship management.
• Lead contract management activities and support negotiation of key business terms with suppliers.
• Execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze supplier performance and provide recommendations to improve cost, quality, delivery, and overall value.
• Maintain and manage the approved supplier panel by incorporating stakeholder feedback and performance data.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business needs and priorities.
