Job summary

Marvin is seeking a sourcing leader to manage strategic supplier partnerships and drive procurement strategies across capital, direct, and indirect spend. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize supplier performance and deliver total value through cost, quality, delivery, innovation, and risk management.

You’ll lead negotiations, analyze supplier performance, and maintain the approved supplier panel while aligning sourcing activities with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, leadership, project management, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills including contract-related experience.
• Ability to analyze inventory usage and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions.
• Strong contract negotiation skills, including structuring, negotiating, and finalizing enterprise-level commodity agreements while managing risk and ensuring compliance is preferred.

• Lead contract management activities and support negotiation of key business terms with suppliers.
• Execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze supplier performance and provide recommendations to improve cost, quality, delivery, and overall value.
• Maintain and manage the approved supplier panel by incorporating stakeholder feedback and performance data.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business needs and priorities.
