Job summary

Marvin is seeking a senior/professional-level sourcing leader to drive supplier relationships and implement sourcing strategies across capital, direct, or indirect spend categories. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize supplier performance while balancing cost, quality, delivery, and risk.

Successful candidates will bring 7–15 years in supply chain or procurement, strong negotiation skills, and a track record of enterprise-level contract management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, supply chain, finance or related field.
• 7–15 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, leadership, project management or related field.
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills including contract-related experience.
• Ability to analyze inventory usage and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions.
• Strong contract negotiation skills for enterprise-level commodity agreements and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic supplier partnerships, including performance, development, and ongoing relationship management.
• Lead contract management activities and support negotiation of key business terms with suppliers.
• Execute sourcing strategies for assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze supplier performance and provide recommendations to improve cost, quality, delivery, and overall value.
• Maintain and manage the approved supplier panel by incorporating stakeholder feedback and performance data.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business needs and priorities.
