Job summary

Augury is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to own sourcing strategy across SaaS, professional services, marketing, and corporate spend. You’ll partner with Finance, Legal, and business leaders to drive cost efficiency, mitigate risk, and improve supplier performance.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, acting as a trusted advisor with data-driven insights to influence sourcing decisions and deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Experience managing categories such as professional services, marketing, or similar indirect spend.
• Proven track record of leading negotiations and delivering cost savings.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with senior leaders.
• Experience with ERP and procurement tools (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across indirect categories.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and functional leaders to align needs.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and negotiations.
• Advise senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations on supplier selection and contracts.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and drive performance.
• Apply total cost of ownership principles and market intelligence.
• Deliver measurable cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure sourcing decisions and contracts comply with internal policies and risk standards.
