Job summary

Augury, a leader in Industrial AI, is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to own sourcing strategy across key indirect spend categories and to partner with Finance, Legal, and business functions to drive cost efficiency and supplier performance.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution: lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, advise executives, and apply total cost of ownership principles to improve cost, value, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of indirect procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.
• Proven track record of leading negotiations and delivering cost savings or efficiency improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with senior leaders.
• Experience with ERP and procurement tools (NetSuite, Coupa, or similar).
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across indirect categories.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and function leaders to align on trade-offs.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFPs and supplier selection.
• Present data-driven recommendations on supplier selection and contract structures.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement.
• Apply total cost of ownership principles to inform decisions and challenge supplier pricing.
• Deliver measurable cost savings and improvements while maintaining service levels.
• Ensure sourcing decisions and contracts are compliant with internal policies.
