Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Staff Global Supply Manager - Indirect to lead end-to-end procurement for indirect categories, including software, SaaS, professional services, IT and contingent labor.

You will partner with Engineering, Finance, Legal, IT and People teams to establish global sourcing strategies, drive cost savings, manage supplier risk, and ensure contract compliance in a high-growth technology environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement with software/SaaS focus
• Proven success in multi-stakeholder negotiations delivering cost savings/value
• Strong cost modeling, should-cost analyses, and total cost of ownership knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences
• Experience in fast-growing tech environments with evolving procurement needs
• Outstanding stakeholder management and cross-functional influence
• Solid understanding of SaaS contracts, MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for indirect categories (software, SaaS, professional services, IT, contingent workforce)
• Develop global sourcing strategies balancing cost, risk, quality and speed
• Manage a portfolio of indirect spend with scalability
• Serve as trusted advisor to Engineering, Finance, Legal, IT, and People teams
• Partner with Legal on contract review, risk mitigation and compliance
• Translate procurement decisions into executive-ready communications and present recommendations
• Champion best practices and standardized processes across units
• Leverage ERP and procurement systems to track spend and generate insights
