Job summary

Conair LLC is seeking a Procurement Manager for Indirects to lead strategic sourcing across Professional Fees, Travel & Entertainment, and SG&A categories. You will develop category strategies, negotiate supplier agreements, and drive cost savings in collaboration with Finance and stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement, strong analytical skills, and experience with spend data and contract management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience, including indirect categories.
Demonstrated success delivering cost savings and negotiating supplier contracts.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage indirect category sourcing strategies for Professional Fees, T&E, and SG&A.
Lead RFPs/RFQs and negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
Analyze spend data and build business cases for initiatives.
Manage supplier relationships and contract performance.
Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HR and other functions on procurement decisions.
Identify and implement improvements to sourcing and contract management processes.
Support adoption of procurement tools and best practices.
