Job summary

Aurora is recruiting a Staff Global Supply Manager - Indirect to lead end-to-end procurement across indirect spend, including software, IT, and services. You will build and own global sourcing strategies, balancing cost, risk, and speed, while partnering with Legal to ensure compliant contracts.

You will drive supplier performance, establish KPIs, and steer cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Finance, Legal, IT, and People teams to deliver measurable value in a fast-growth tech

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement, focusing on software/SaaS and other indirect categories.
• Proven track record in complex negotiations delivering cost savings or value.
• Strong analytical capabilities: cost modeling, should-cost analyses, and TCO.
• Excellent written and verbal communications with executive audiences.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech companies with evolving procurement needs.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end indirect procurement including software, IT, services, and contingent labor.
• Develop global sourcing strategies balancing cost, risk, quality, and speed to market.
• Partner with Legal on contract reviews, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Drive procurement playbooks, templates, and onboarding documentation.
• Use ERP and procurement systems to track spend and generate actionable insights.
