GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Specialist in Procurement/Purchasing to support the US Purchasing team in Piscataway, NJ.

The role covers source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles, including RFx, contract and PO execution, and timely invoice coordination for CAPEX, MRO, and services. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of indirect procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to drive cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of procurement experience focusing on Indirect (CAPEX, Services, MRO, etc.).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage source-to-pay and procure-to-pay cycles including RFx, contract and PO review/execution, and invoice coordination.
• Coordinate with end users to complete acceptance and ensure timely payments per agreed terms.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and long-term supplier agreements to drive cost savings and value.
• Onboard vendors, create material codes, manage CMS contracts, and guide cross-functional teams.
