The role drives data-driven inclusion strategy, partners with centers of excellence, and manages external collaborations to enhance diversity and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years of related experience in diversity, inclusion, or HR.
• Experience leading organization-wide inclusion initiatives preferred.

Responsabilités

• Advise senior management on inclusion matters aligned with corporate objectives.
• Develop and implement inclusive programs and campaigns.
• Lead marketing communication strategies for inclusion awareness.
• Measure program effectiveness using P&C systems and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and partners to integrate inclusion practices.
• Oversee events, training, and partnerships to advance diversity goals.
