Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver key Inclusion & Belonging programs from planning through execution.
• Build relationships with partners across the company to drive results.
• Create presentations, communications and materials for senior leaders and strategic planning efforts.
• Help shape more inclusive customer experiences by collaborating with teams across the business.
• Manage the Inclusion & Belonging budget, reporting, and operational processes.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
