Best Buy is seeking an Inclusion and Belonging Manager to translate our belonging strategy into tangible actions across the business. You will lead high-impact initiatives, build partnerships with leaders, and drive measurable results.

Based at our Richfield corporate office with hybrid work, this role requires strong project management, budget oversight, and data-driven decision making to create welcoming experiences for employees and customers.

Qualifications

• 3 years in project/program management, strategy, HR, inclusion and belonging or related field.
• 3 years leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience developing presentations, communications and recommendations for leadership audiences.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks and project deliverables.
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver key Inclusion & Belonging programs and initiatives from planning through execution.
• Build relationships with partners across the company to align priorities and drive results.
• Create presentations, communications, and materials for senior leaders and strategic planning efforts.
• Help shape more inclusive customer experiences by collaborating with teams across the business.
• Manage the Inclusion & Belonging budget, reporting, and operational processes.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
