Job description

As the Inclusion and Belonging Manager, you’ll help bring Best Buy’s inclusion and belonging strategy to life across the business. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives, build strong partnerships, and help create experiences where employees and customers feel welcomed and valued. You’ll work closely with leaders and cross-functional teams to turn ideas into action, manage key projects, and use insights to drive meaningful results. If you enjoy collaborating, influencing change, and delivering work that makes a real impact, this role is for you.

This is a hybrid position based in our Corporate Office in Richfield, Minnesota. Candidates must live within a commutable distance of the Corporate Office.

What you’ll do

• Lead and deliver key Inclusion & Belonging programs and initiatives from planning through execution
• Build relationships with partners across the company to align priorities and drive results
• Create presentations, communications, and materials for senior leaders and strategic planning efforts
• Help shape more inclusive customer experiences by collaborating with teams across the business
• Manage the Inclusion & Belonging budget, reporting, and operational processes
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities and recommend improvements

Basic Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in project management, program management, strategy, HR, inclusion and belonging, or a related field
• 3 years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders
• Experience developing presentations, communications and recommendations for leadership audiences
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks and project deliverables
• Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
