Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Category Enablement Associate Manager to support the Retail Support Team with inventory movement, store life cycle projects, and demand planning across categories. The role emphasizes collaboration with retail leadership, category teams, project managers, and internal supply chain partners.

The position is hybrid, requiring on-site work Monday-Thursday at the Richfield corporate office in Minnesota, with remote work possible on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in merchandising, demand planning, e-commerce, marketing, operations, customer experience, vendor management, or supply chain.
• 2 years of data analysis.
• 2 years of project management experience.
• Ability to communicate with leadership of varying levels and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Drive process and system improvements, building and executing plans that support key business strategies.
• Manage and execute operational processes and contribute to projects ranging from functional initiatives to larger cross-functional efforts.
• Identify issues, opportunities, and risks, providing recommendations and escalating concerns when needed.
• Analyze root causes and collaborate with partners to resolve challenges and improve outcomes.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships, communicate effectively, and help navigate organizational roadblocks.
• Influence results through leadership, partnership, and organizationally valued behaviors
